I attended an event in the fall that STIX came out to and knew immediately that I would reach out when I had an event that made sense for them to come out to. As I was finishing my MBA I reached out and got the same excellent customer service that I got at the event from the fall. Before I hung up with the owner I asked what I needed to do to book my event and even that process is simple so I moved forward immediately. The team came out for my event and got everything set up for me and my guest and were very respectful to me, all my guest, our property, and our neighbors. Everybody had so much fun and kept asking me for the company's information and I have nothing but positive things to say and hope that they will also book the STIX Mobile Cigar Lounge for their next event. I know I will do so again and hope my friends and family do as well. Our event wouldn't have been half as much fun if the STIX team didn't have the personality, customer service skills, or passion for what they do! I can't say enough good things and hope that others see this review and reach out to the crew for your next event.

I was planning my husband’s 30th birthday and I had to win the trophy wife award I’m glad I came across John and his company. What a badass idea he made happen! The guys and guest of the party absolutely LOVED the mobile cigar lounge! Communication has been professional, transactions were smooth. Stix Cigars is PHENOMENAL!!!! I acquired their services for my husband's 50th birthday party and they were a hit. The ambiance inside the trailer was amazing. They arrived early and the communication throughout the night was great. The prices were very reasonable for the service provided. Stix Mobile Cigar Lounge provided services for a recent grand opening event. This particular day the weather was not ideal, however the service was phenomenal. From every detail, communication and professionalism. John provided excellent service the duration of the event, and the truck was a hit!! We hired STIX on Aug. 6th for my Husband's 47th backyard birthday party.  The truck arrived on time and was very professional.  We had hoped that he could park in the backyard however, the truck was too big and had to stay on the side of the house.  That was perfect! It gave the party a whole different vibe, where the STIX truck entertained on the side of the house and the 360 and DJ entertained in the back. The guests were in awe of the truck, it was cleaned, you can choose from a plethora of cigar flavors and brands & it had music for those who wanted to sit on there and enjoy the ambience.  The experience was everything!!  It was affordable and very professional; even with him being family, they are truly a business worth supporting. Would we hire them again you ask; ABSOLUTLEY!!! Thank you again Family for a wonderful time!
